This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath traditional floor plan home greets you with a deep beach-facing wrap around front and side porch. It not only grants hours of salty-breeze lounging pleasure, but also renders a delightful conversation space.

Altitude Adjustment boasts every amenity and comfort you can imagine both inside and out. Inside you will be greeted with a spacious great room boasting comfy beachy furniture with panoramic ocean views. This expansive gathering space is open to the multi-chef gourmet kitchen with large prep island, top of line appliances, dining area with seating for 10, and breakfast bar for another 8. It will inspire you to create great family and friend's entertaining memories! You can choose to dine inside at the generous table enveloped by gorgeous views or al fresco under the stars on either of the two-level porches after a day of sunbathing, napping and cocktail hour.

The King Master suite on the first level affords a private refuge with a sitting area, outdoor porch access and luxurious spa-like en suite bath retreat with soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and his and her vanity space. This first master suite office/sitting room provides a twin daybed and trundle (sleeps 2) for those who may want to keep a few little ones close by. This hidden tucked away space also allows for peaceful solitude, quiet workspace or afternoon nap time.

Up one flight, the second King Bedroom delights with its own en-suite and ocean views and access to the upper deck. What great fun to wake up to the sound of the surf, and the morning sunlight beckoning you to go out onto the deck and enjoy coffee and breakfast while contemplating your day. The beach will call for you to come and enjoy an early morning walk.

There is plenty of room for large families and friends to stay with a spacious coastal Queen Bedroom and another XXL bedroom which sleeps 8 in a Queen Bed, two bunk beds and two trundles. Kids of all ages will delight in this space which also has dazzling ocean views and loads of sunshine on the upper front porch.

Life outside is where the true BHI adventures happen, and this home provides great toys for all ages. Two newer golf carts - both six seats, will carry you around to enjoy all that the island has to offer. Additional amenities include 6 various size bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys, and a great gas grill. The ground level offers outside living even if it should rain - with picnic tables, a game table, and wonderful play space for the kids providing easy covered access to the house from this level and garage. Please note that while we guarantee the availability and condition of the golf carts, we cannot guarantee the condition of the bikes.

Additional amenities include high speed internet access, flat screen tv's in the living room, both master bedrooms, and the queen guest room, games, toys, and an outdoor shower. Perfectly located on the island - walk or ride a bike to the BHI club, steps from the beach and within minutes to the shops, market and restaurants
