We are pleased to introduce Villa #4, a spectacular three-bedroom, three-full-bath oceanfront property at The Villas on Bald Head Island. Following a total renovation in 2026, this villa offers an exceptional vacation experience with unobstructed ocean views from every room and deck. Sit on the sofa with coffee or wine and watch the dolphins and tankers in the water. The sunsets are gorgeous! Could truly be the best views in the Villas. Four Seasons is ideal and comfortable for families or two couples, girl's weekend away or men's golf trips.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, Villa #4 provides unparalleled privacy and convenient access to both the beach and the BHI Club. The home features two king en-suites with oversized showers and a third upper-level bedroom with two twin beds and a private deck. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed for socializing and flow seamlessly onto an expansive deck overlooking the water. All three decks give you wonderful outdoor living space. The kitchen invites gourmet cooks to prepare memorable meals for family and friends.

As you turn into the Villa community the first left leads you to the best positioned Villa with unobstructed views and set aside from the other villas it boasts lots of extra privacy on all three levels of decks. This Villa is the perfect place for a family vacation of fun and relaxation. Wake every morning to the sounds of the ocean and enjoy a cup of coffee on the private deck off the kitchen and spend evenings with wine and a spectacular sunset. The beach access is directly in front, and the BHI Club is steps away.

Sunset views in the evening are amazing. Four Seasons is located in the desirable Villa Community - a prime location on Bald Head Island. steps to a beach access and the BHI Club. The home is also well situated with a large open area in front for the children to play at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Your stay includes several amenities to ensure a comfortable visit:

Two 4-seat golf carts to enjoy the island.

It also provides the convenience of a booster seat, a pack n play, for those with small children.

For entertainment, high speed internet service is provided.

A First Night Amenity Kit including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and shampoo will be waiting for you!

Beach Gear: beach bikes, beach chairs, and an abundance of beach toys, and an umbrella. Please bring your own helmets. Additional bikes can also be rented at Riverside Adventure. Please note that while we guarantee the availability and condition of the golf carts, we cannot guarantee the condition of the bikes.

A very short walk gets you to the new BHI Club Aquatic Center which features 4 new tennis courts, a playground, short-grass recreational area, workout facility, multiple swimming pools and water slide, croquet course, casual and fine dining and, of course, the George Cobb designed, award winning 18-hole golf course.

Bald Head Island is only accessible by boat or by a ferry, which departs frequently out of Southport, NC. Southport is 40 minutes from Wilmington, NC (ILM) airport. A tram ride to the villa is included with your ferry ticket. Reservations are required. Visitors and residents travel around the island by golf cart, bike or on foot.

Climb to the top of “Old Baldy,” which is the oldest lighthouse on the East coast. It was built in 1817 and originally commissioned by Thomas Jefferson. Hike and wind your way around live oaks hundreds of years old and through the nature paths that Revolutionary and Civil War soldiers used in the ancient Maritime Forest. An upscale grocery market, spa, and shopping area is a short golf cart ride away. Discover the Bald Head Island Conservancy at the end of South Beach, where you can learn about the island's wildlife.

Our professional property manager resides full-time on the island and with their staff are here to assist you during your stay and make your visit as enjoyable as possible,
