The dining table combined with the center island seats 12 guests. The sun streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling windows allows you to savor the relaxing atmosphere of the dunes and South Beach. First Bedroom (King Master Suite) is located on the main floor for extra convenience with a luxury bathroom.

Second Bedroom (King Master Suite) is located on the second floor with a new luxury bathroom.

Third Bedroom (King Guest Suite) is located just a few steps across the deck from the main house with its pampering new bath. This suite provides extra privacy and quiet time for guests or family with young children and may become everyone's favorite place for some quiet time while remaining easily connected to everyone.

Fourth Bedroom (being remodeled) is located on the second floor and will have two Double Beds and a new bathroom. This bedroom also has access to a deck overlooking the beach and ocean. (Pictures available once completed)

Fifth Bedroom (Bunk Room) is also being built on the second floor with two sets of Twin Bunk Beds and a private new bath.

This home provides guests with a six-passenger and a four-passenger golf cart to enjoy the island. It also provides the convenience of a booster seat and a pack 'n play for those with small children. For entertainment, high-speed internet is provided. A First Night Amenity Kit including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and shampoo will be waiting for you!

Our full-time, on-island home manager will go the extra mile to help guests feel special.
