Have a cocktail on the lower-level covered porch or take refuge from the sun or rain on the stunning second level sleeping porch. This home has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bunk room with attached full bathroom. The third bedroom and bathroom for this home are found in the delightful crofter. In true BHI fashion, cozy spaces mesh effortlessly with high end finishes.

With an open indoor floor plan that leads to expansive outdoor decks and porches, there is ample room for reading, relaxing, cocktail hours, gathering and just gazing at the sun and stars from comfortable porch furniture-rain or shine.

Life outside is where the true BHI adventures happen, and this home provides great toys for all ages. There are two carts - a new 2023 six-seater, and one newer four seaters for your use. Additional amenities include various size bikes in great condition, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys and a gas grill. A second washer/dryer unit and extra fridge in the garage at "Relax" allows you to wash beach towels and restock your beach coolers without bringing any of the mess into the house.

Guest Memberships to the Bald Head Island Club and The Shoals Club are both available for separate purchase dependent on club availability and rules.
